Since 2018, Obaro Best Foundation has been committed to improving healthcare, education, and opportunities for disadvantaged Nigerians – empowering women, youth, and vulnerable communities to thrive.
ABOUT US
Founded in 2018 by Mr. Isaiah Obaro-Best, the Obaro Best Foundation is an independent NGO committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged Nigerians. Inspired by the struggles of rural communities during the floods of 2012 and 2018, the foundation focuses on healthcare, education, empowerment, and community development.
We provide free medical outreach, scholarships, and skill-training programs for women, youths, and unemployed graduates. Support is also extended to the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, alongside relief for victims of natural disasters. Awareness campaigns address drug abuse, life-threatening diseases, and harmful practices.

OUR PROJECTS
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
At our core, we believe healthcare is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Everyone deserves access to quality medical and dental care, regardless of their location or financial situation. That’s why we offer a wide range of free health services, making healthcare accessible and equitable for all.
SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL HELP
We provide financial aid to deserving students, supporting them in their educational pursuits. Our scholarship awards are determined by specific criteria, carefully aligned with the values and goals of our esteemed donors and partners.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ABUSE AWARENESS
We recognize addiction as both a pervasive issue and a serious health concern. Through targeted awareness initiatives and prevention programs, we empower vulnerable individuals—particularly youth and adults—with the knowledge and tools to combat drug abuse and make informed choices for healthier lives.
UPLIFTING POOR RURAL/VILLAGE PEOPLE
We are committed to advancing women’s rights and well-being in our society. We actively work to end female circumcision and protect girls and women from victimization, advocating for their dignity, safety, and empowerment on this and other related issues.
